It’s the most important season in the world of in-store retail design! For some major retailers, this Christmas could make or break them. The High Street in the UK and Europe has been changing over the past three years, especially with the emergence of the SMART shopper. This digital content for retail design is a blend of online mobile commerce (via their Tablets, PC or phone) with a real life trip into in-store retail.
Our vision for the future of retail is to keep offering customers more and more! We need to delight them with in-store retail design; give them a reason to shop in person rather than ordering from the web. In-store prices need to compete with online prices. Above all else, in-store retail design needs to inspire, inform and engage customers. The in-store retail design staff need to have consistent product knowledge and listen to customer enquiries.
The days of stack them high are behind us! Sell customers what you want to sell! The future of retail is just behind us and the time is now that we need to listen to customers – attending to their every need in-store, delivering them a festive treat they simply can’t get through a tablet, smart phone or computer.
We thought as an early Christmas present to you, H Squared should check out the hottest areas of retail in London this Christmas to give you extra ideas for this festive time.
